I’ve been reading about Burt’s Bees in American magazines since I was a teenager so upon seeing this in a drugstore when I was in New York last year, I decided to give it a go.

Sadly, it’s not all it’s hyped up to be- it did ZILCH for my skin 🙁 (but it didn’t harm it either). AT USD$8 a pop, it’s not the most expensive treatment out there, but given that the only thing I got from it was tea tree aromatherapy, I’d say you can give it a miss 😛

The good…

It’s 100% natural, with 10 herbal ingredients, and applies on clearly (doesn’t interfere with your make-up). If you like the smell of tea tree, this is definitely a product for you to try.

…the bad & the ugly

Erm how about the persistent zits that remained despite using this stick daily?? 😛 Let’s put it this way, if someone gave it to me for free, and I had nothing better to use, I’d apply it. But if not, I’d rather try something else 🙂 Such as the Dr Sebagh Breakout Spot On cream which I found worked wonders for me 🙂
