I know, I know, it’s a little early for a Christmas post but, this time, it’s not just me being impatient and ahead of schedule here. A lady had asked about making small Christmas decorations, so I thought a curation of the best ones on the web was needed 🙂

The top honour goes to HonestlyWTF. For regular readers of this blog, probably no surprise as it’s one of THE BEST DIY sites out there 🙂 For full tutorial and photo credits, you know where to go: http://honestlywtf.com/diy/diy-felt-acorns/

I think good DIYs shouldn’t involve too esoteric a collection of materials, which is why A Beautiful Mess’ paper ornaments DIY floats my boat. Not to mention it’s just gorgeous. They’ve just been invited to speak at a blogging conference in Amsterdam, how exciting is that?! Congratulations ladies!!! The rest of us, continue dreaming. Although I do hate public speaking so, maybe more a nightmare 😛 Full tutorial and photo credit at http://www.abeautifulmess.com/2014/12/paper-ball-ornaments.html

In honour of their upcoming event, I’m featuring 2 of their DIYs here today. Not difficult to do, given how many wonderful projects they have. Speaking of wonderful, I do think the best DIYs are multi-functional, after all, we are all so busy today! Which is why I”m wrapping up with their potpourri cum Christmas ornament idea 🙂 Again, full tutorial and photography credit to http://www.abeautifulmess.com/2014/12/try-this-dried-citrus-ornaments.html
